Tierney is proving that he has been worth the wait for Arsenal, with many now suggesting that he could be a serious contender to become the club’s long-term replacement for Ashley Cole.

Of course, Cole left the club many years ago, but since his departure, the Gunners have really struggled to find anyone to get anywhere near his qualities in that position.

Tierney is showing all the early that he can be a really good addition to the Arsenal backline and now supporters will be hoping that they can see more of him against Bournemouth on Sunday.
