# Arsenal scouts at Spurs’ youth clash against Bayern – should they be keeping an eye on these two young stars?

Arsenal scouts were reportedly present at Tottenham’s UEFA Youth League clash against Bayern Munich on Tuesday – but who could they have been keeping their eye on?

According to [football.london](https://www.football.london/tottenham-hotspur-fc/fixtures-results/troy-parrotts-tough-day-two-17013379), Gunners officials were in attendance at Spurs’ training ground hours before Bayern’s senior side demolished Mauricio Pochettino’s men.

Former Gunners youngster Serge Gnabry struck four as Spurs conceded seven at home for the first time in their 137-year history, and Munich’s youngsters also came out on top in north London, winning 4-1 in a dominant performance.

The purpose of the trip across north London would’ve more than likely been to keep tabs on several promising stars from Germany, and they certainly didn’t make it a wasted trip for Arsenal officials.

The first who starred in the Under-19 clash was 16-year-old winger Lasee Gunther. Three years younger than the majority of players on the park, he scored twice as Bayern went top of Group B.

Another who could’ve made Arsenal officials take note was 18-year-old Angelo Stiller.

The central midfielder, who turned out for the senior side in pre-season, provided two assists in the opening 10 minutes before being replaced late on.

These specific performances could make Arsenal monitor the pair even further, however, if they are to watch them in the flesh again, they’ll have to venture out of north London.
