Arsenal fans have urged Unai Emery to stick with Nicolas Pepe in tonight’s Europea League clash with Standard Liege.
The Ivorian has been off the boil in recent weeks, struggling to make an instant impact following his big-money move from Lille over the summer.

Pepe’s performance against Manchester United was arguably his worst in a Gunners shirt, which resulted in plenty of criticism from both Arsenal supporters and fans of rival sides.
However, Arsenal fan @PatrickTimmons1 put out a tweet earlier today calling for Emery to stick with the 24-year-old.

We’re with these Arsenal fans on this one. Pepe desperately needs to pick himself up following his recent displays, and showing faith in him with a start against Standard Liege will be huge.
If he can manage to get himself on the scoresheet again and cause havoc for the Belgian side in front of the Gunners fans, it could be the catalyst to his season.
If Emery decides to rest him, it could still work out for the best, but we think that Pepe won’t have a better opportunity to really kickstart his Gunners career than tonight.
