Arsenal played out a 1-1 stalemate against Manchester United at Old Trafford to move up to fourth in the Premier League table.
In a game that lacked quality from the first minute until the last, Scott McTominay and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang provided us with sparks with the goals for their respective teams.
After a patchy start, the game came to life 10 minutes before half-time as Andreas Pereira had his effort saved by Bernd Leno.
Then, David de Gea made a double save to deny Bukayo Sako and Matteo Guendouzi at the end of the first half.
The resulting Arsenal corner became a catalyst for a United counter-attack, that ended in McTominay having his shot slightly deflected into the back of the net.
Arsenal came back well after the break and created more chances. They equalised through Aubameyang after a mistake from Axel Tuanzebe allowed Saka to play the aforementioned striker in. Even though the goal was wrongly disallowed by the linesman, VAR was there to overturn his decision.
From then on, it was a scrap with both teams having one big chance each to win the game, but neither took it.
Here’s how we rated the Arsenal players after the game.
