Arsenal fans have taken to social media to mock their rivals Tottenham Hotspur after hearing of their 224-page book ‘One Step From Glory’.
The book is about Spurs’ run to the Champions League final last season, where they eventually fell short against Liverpool in Madrid.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side did dramatically defeat Ajax in the semi-finals thanks to a second-half hat-trick from Lucas Moura, however, these Arsenal fans were quick to share their overall thoughts on the book.
Twitter: Correction: There is a 224 page book about Tottenham failing to win the Champions League. https://t.co/5j0CjTFjwV (@PatrickTimmons1)
Twitter: @PatrickTimmons1 Can’t believe their fans can’t see this is embarrassing. Imagine writing a book about failing. And… https://t.co/tncuy8cb9j (@SpritusInvictus)
Twitter: @PatrickTimmons1 That’s fairly tragic. Also pathetic. (@AngelofCrog)

We, along with these Arsenal fans, find this very strange.
Yes, credit where it’s due, Spurs had a brilliant European campaign and came so close to securing a first Champions League trophy, and if they had won it, go ahead, make a book, DVD, anything.
But after falling at the final hurdle, surely Spurs supporters don’t want to relive the pain suffered at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano all over again?
What’s next? Will Arsenal release their road to Baku for the Europa League final before Christmas? We highly doubt it.
