Nicolas Pepe’s performance against Watford was one of the biggest talking points among supporters in the aftermath of the draw.
The Ivorian struggled to make an impact on the game and many agree that it was by far his worst performance in an Arsenal shirt to date.
Since making his debut, Pepe has threatened to break through but is yet to show fans what he can really do. This has led to some supporters ‘writing him off’ after just a handful of games.
The reactions from these fans on Twitter show that there are plenty who remain confident that he will come good at the club.

It was always going to take time for Pepe to settle into life in the Premier League, especially after coming over from Ligue 1.
He wouldn’t be the first player to swap France for England and take a little time to get up to speed.
Pepe displayed his tremendous qualities in Ligue 1 last season and he looked ready to take the step up at Arsenal.
He needs to be afforded the time to develop some chemistry on the pitch with the likes of Aubameyang and Lacazette, then surely the goals will start to come as the three continue to play together.
