With Rob Holding returning to fitness and Callum Chambers impressing, Unai Emery has been left with a decision to make at the back.
The pair are two players that fans are keen to see back in the side, but some are unsure as to how exactly Emery can fit either of them in.
Sokratis and David Luiz have both been at fault for goals this season, but who should be dropped?
Popular Arsenal Twitter account @LTArsenal recently suggested that Sokratis should be the man to miss out after his blunder against Tottenham earlier in the campaign.
However, a number of fans were quick to respond and show their support for the Greek defender.

Read Arsenal verdict
It does seem a little strange that Sokraits has suddenly become a scapegoat among some sections of the Arsenal support.
He was up there with the club’s best performers last season and that should not be overlooked after one mistake.
The mistake in question against Spurs is poor from Sokratis and that cannot be ignored. A player of his experience and quality shouldn’t be over-committing in a position where he really didn’t need to, as Christian Eriksen went on to score.
If Emery is looking to bring through some younger defenders like Holding and Chambers, Sokratis’ experience will be a very useful tool to lean on.
