Arsenal’s recent transfer strategy has shown a willingness to look towards the future of the squad.
Not only have the club brought in young and promising players such as Kieran Tierney and William Saliba, but they’re also bringing through some of their own in the form of Joe Willock – who recently signed a new deal at the club.
As the Gunners look to bring through the next generation of Arsenal players, it means sadly, some of the more senior stars must move on.
One player who these supporters have been reflecting on is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The striker has shown no immediate signings of wanting to leave the club, but judging by the reactions online, it is going to be a very sad moment for these Arsenal supporters when it does happen.

It is such a shame that Aubameyang joined the club at this stage of his career.
The reality is that the striker is going to be the wrong side of 30 next year and the club are going to have to start thinking about life after the Gabon forward.
Providing he stays free from injuries, Arsenal will feel confident about keeping the striker in the side for at least another couple of seasons.
This gives them plenty of time to plan, with Alexandre Lacazette already at the club and Eddie Nketiah impressing out on loan, the Gunners will feel they have sufficient quality in the their ranks to call upon.
