Arsenal have confirmed that promising youngster Joe Willock has signed a new contract at the club.
Willock has been in and around the first-team squad this season and has been one of the club’s most impressive performers in the early stages of the campaign.

Willock deserves it after a fine start to the new season and his recent performances have given Emery something to think about.
The Arsenal boss has always made it clear that he is not afraid to give young players a chance and Willock has handed him another option in midfield this season.
Given the manor in which contracts have been handled in recent years at the Emirates, with the likes of Aaron Ramsey leaving for nothing, it’s good to see the club plan ahead and secure the futures of these young stars.
