Tottenham striker Harry Kane was unable to convert from the spot during England’s 5-3 win over Kosovo on Tuesday night.
The striker opted to take the penalty to try and extend England’s lead, despite Jadon Sancho being on a hat-trick.
Unfortunately for England and Kane, the striker saw his effort saved by Manchester City youngster Arijanet Muric.
These Arsenal fans and rival supporters have been quick to poke fun at the striker on social media for both his miss and the decision to not allow Sancho to take the penalty.
Twitter: Harry Kane is best penalty taker ever, they said. He just missed one against Kosovo. #ENGKOS
Twitter: @VipArsenal Goalkeeper did his homework. Kane is too selfish. He will keep costing England when it matters. (@SpritusInvictus)

A Tottenham player making a mistake in a high-profile game is never going to be missed by those watchful Arsenal supporters.
Many neutrals were quick to point out how far Muric was off his line at the point of connection from Kane, but never the less, it was a fantastic save from the goalkeeper.
From the moment he stepped up, it was clear that Muric could see where the Tottenham striker was going and he did brilliantly to read his body language and dive the right way.
Kane will be feeling thankful he didn’t cost England the result!
