Arsenal will be back playing European football on a Wednesday once again, for one game only.
The Gunners revealed on Monday evening that their Europa League group stage fixture away at Vitoria has been changed from Thursday, November 7th to Wednesday, November 6th by UEFA, with a strange kick-off time of 3:50pm due to other matches taking place close by in Portugal around the scheduled date.

And these Arsenal fans were quick to reply to the news on social media, with some sharing their excitement while others vented their frustration at the change.

It appears that the majority of fans who are annoyed at the change are so by the bizarre kick-off time.
UEFA have seemingly made it an early start due to the Champions League fixtures later that evening, however, a 3:50pm kick-off seems strange.
The majority of Arsenal fans will now have to find a way to watch the game, whether that be at work or school, and we can’t imagine the trouble Gunners supporters will now go through to watch the game from the stands.
The only positive to come out of this is that the club are back playing competitive European football on a Wednesday, and Arsenal will be desperate to end their association with the Europa League this season by qualifying for next season’s Champions League.
