Henrikh Mkhitaryan has admitted that is he unsure about his chances of ever playing for the Gunners again following his loan move to Roma.
Speaking recently to VBET News, as reported by football.london, the Gunners flop gave his thoughts on his future and what could be next for him.
Let’s first see what I can do in Roma and at the end of the season I think we can talk if I will have the possibility to stay or to go to something else, I don’t know. Now, I cannot say about the future, it’s better to be focused on the next games.
Mkhitaryan never managed to show his best form in London and moves on after a generally disappointing spell. Nothing has been decided on his future yet, but is there really any way back for him at Arsenal?

You’d have to think there is no way back for Mkhitaryan at Arsenal. The swap deal involving Alexis Sanchez couldn’t have gone much worse for both parties.

At the time, it looked like a good deal from Arsenal’s perspective, but Mkhitaryan has simply failed to settle and nail down a regular place in the team under Unai Emery.
Eight league goals over two seasons is nowhere near enough for a player of his quality.
It has been an expensive mistake, but one that the club will be hoping to draw a line under soon enough.
Following his departure, it has been reported that the club could promote a number of youngsters to the first-team squad as a result of his move away and this has to be the incentive to moving him on permanently next summer.
Making room for some of Arsenal’s best young talent, who could both be more promising options and cheaper for the club is surely the sensible move for the long run.
