# These Arsenal fans react to Leno’s mistake against Tottenham

Arsenal came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw in the North London derby against Tottenham on Sunday.

Christian Eriksen opened the scoring, in the first-half, as he followed up on a save from Bernd Leno.

Erik Lamela was slipped in down the right and Leno failed to push his tame effort to safety, allowing Eriksen to convert from close range.

### READ ARSENAL VERDICT

There is no doubting that it was a howler from Leno, as he should have comfortably pushed the ball to safety and averted the danger for Arsenal – which could have led to a better result for the Gunners.

It has to be said, though, that he also made a couple of excellent saves to keep Arsenal in the game after poor defending from Unai Emery’s side at the back left him exposed once again.

The German has been excellent since his move to the club from Bayer Leverkusen and should be excused for his error, given the number of times he has kept Arsenal in games almost single-handedly.
