Most football pundits almost always upset a group of fans after speaking their mind, and Danny Murphy is the latest man to do just that.
The 42-year-old was a guest on talkSPORT on Monday to discuss a variety of topics, including Arsenal’s 3-1 defeat to Liverpool.
"#AFC will need a telescope to see #LFC by the end of the season." ?
"It looked like a system which had been put on a board and they hadn't worked on it."
"They didn't game manage." ?

The Gunners lost their 100% start to the season after goals from Joel Matip and two from Mohamed Salah either side of half time helped the Reds to a 3-0 lead shortly before the hour mark.

Lucas Torreira did pull one back late on for Unai Emery’s side, and it was the Arsenal boss who was subject to criticism from Murphy, who slammed the Spaniard’s decision to change to a narrow formation.
However, these Arsenal fans were quick to hit back at the former Liverpool midfielder following his strong words on Emery.

Emery may have made a mistake in going with three defensive-minded midfielders and no wide outlets, however, the game could have been so different if either Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Nicolas Pepe converted their glorious chances in the first half.
Yes, looking back, it may not have been the best decision, but Emery should actually be handed some praise for his bold approach, instead of going to Anfield with a similar tactical mindset as last year, which resulted in a 5-1 defeat.
Emery can now look back on the two August away fixtures against Newcastle and Liverpool and decide whether or not he should stick with a narrow formation for the next away trip to Watford following the international break.
