After two games in the Premier League, Arsenal and Liverpool both sit at the top of the standings with six points out of a possible six, the only two teams to do so in the top flight. However, at least one team will have to give up their perfect record after this clash.
Arsenal have come off the back of a 2-1 win against Burnley at the Emirates, where we saw Dani Ceballos shine during the 90 minutes.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are coming into this home fixture after beating Southampton 2-1 away from home, with Roberto Firmino grabbing the all-important second goal that got them over the line.

Numerous Arsenal fans will hate the sight of Firmino and will not have very fond memories of the Brazilian striker at Anfield, as last time the Gunners travelled to Merseyside, he managed to bag three goals in the space of 65 minutes.
As well as last season, Firmino has scored against the Gunners on two other occasions, taking his total to five goals in six games against the North London side.

The Brazilian striker has been in good form this season for Liverpool, bagging a goal and two assists in three games for the club.
His ability to provide for his teammates makes him an even greater threat for opposing teams due to him being part of one of the most deadly attacks in world football.
Arsenal need to be on high alert, especially with Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, who will bury chances if given the opportunity, as proven in the last few seasons.
Liverpool have a very distinct playstyle and will try to cross the ball as much as they can, due to the great ability of their two full-backs.
Firmino will benefit from these crosses because he is of great presence in the box for Liverpool and can be known to cause problems for defenders.
He is able to make late runs into the box and can easily get on the end of crosses using his aerial threat and goalscoring know-how.

Arsenal will look to deal with the crosses from Liverpool at Anfield but many teams have failed to do so because the Reds are yet to be beaten at Anfield in two years, with their last defeat being in April of 2017.
So if Arsenal are to end this streak, they will need to be on alert for the bombardment of crosses from the team from Merseyside.
This fixture always provides a lot of goals, with it averaging three goals a game in the last decade. I wouldn’t be shocked if we see lots of goals in the game on Saturday, due to both teams having a very dangerous strike force that sides around Europe are envious of.

Arsenal will have to be aware of Firmino and his ability to drop deep and recieve the ball to bring others into play, as well as his goal-scoring threat in and around the box.
It will be interesting to see if Arsenal are able to handle the threats posed from the Brazilian and end the perfect start to a season from Liverpool, continuing with their unbeaten start in the process.
