If Arsenal can somehow fend off the interest of seven other interested parties to secure the services of Havertz next summer, it could possibly turn out to be the club’s greatest signing of all-time.

The athletic two-footed midfielder has shown great maturity in recent years, with many still forgetting he’s still just 20. He’s technically excellent and could prove to be the perfect man to play in behind the formidable front three of Nicolas Pepe, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.

Havertz is already a top-level talent, so winning the race for his signature would certainly be a real statement of intent going forward.

Do Arsenal have a realistic chance of landing Havertz next summer?
