Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney isn’t expected to return to full training until October, the club have confirmed.
The Scot, who made a dramatic move to the Emirates from Celtic on deadline day, is suffering from a groin problem and isn’t expected to make his Arsenal debut for some time.

And these Gunners fans were quick to take to social media to share their frustration following the latest update.

The Gunners knew what they were getting when they signed the highly-rated 22-year-old. Tierney underwent a double hernia operation at the end of the previous campaign and will need plenty of time to reach match sharpness over the coming months.
However, when he does, he’ll certainly be an excellent addition to the side. Tierney will more than likely become first-choice under Unai Emery and could become the club’s senior left-back for the next five years.
At £25 million, the Scot could prove to be one of the club’s best buys for some time, providing he can stay fit when he returns.
