Well, this certainly comes as good news for Arsenal! It’s been a positive summer transfer window with regards to incoming players, but tying down the existing, key members of the squad is just as important.
Aubameyang was excellent for the team last term and will be determined to continue thriving at the Emirates Stadium. Lacazette was not as prolific in front of goal but impressed with his superbly-rounded style.
As has been displayed by the reaction to the news, it will be a big lift for all those involved at the club. Both players are vitally important to Unai Emery’s plans, and excitement for the season is undoubtedly building.
