Arsenal have reportedly had a two-year loan offer for Juventus defender Daniele Rugani turned down – but should they make a new bid for the Italian?
According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, cited by Sports Witness, the Gunners have recently had a loan bid knocked back and are now considering making another move for the player, which would see them also take midfielder Sami Khedira to the Emirates.
The Serie A champions are desperate to ship out the German ahead of the new season, so a potential new bid could tempt the Italian giants into allowing Rugani to leave for London in a double deal.

Unai Emery has already added to his centre-back ranks with the capture of William Saliba, however, the teenager will spend the upcoming campaign on loan with Saint Etienne.
The futures of experienced defenders Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny are also up in the air, so an immediate central defensive arrival appears to be key for the Gunners.
Rugani, 25, is a ball-playing defender and would certainly suit Emery’s style of play.
The towering defender has also proven to be a goal threat from set-pieces and tends to win the majority of defensive aerial duals.
Rugani’s positional sense and disciplined attitude are two more attributes that the centre-back would bring to the Emirates, so if the Gunners can get either a permanent or lengthy loan deal over the line, it would more than likely end up being a great piece of business.
