Unai Emery’s Arsenal side will face their toughest challenge in pre-season so far when they come up against Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup.
The Gunners have enjoyed a brilliant start to pre-season, with recent wins over Bayern Munich and Fiorentina. They’ll be looking to continue that form against Zinedine Zidane’s men.
Emery will be hoping to get a closer look at some of his players with the new season edging ever closer and after naming a very inexperienced starting XI against Fiorentina, you could expect to see some more senior names this time around.
It can always be difficult to judge teams in pre-season, with young players being given a chance and managers rotating with every passing game, but this is how we predict the Gunners to line up against Madrid.
