Arsenal have reportedly ended their long-term pursuit of left-back Kieran Tierney.
The Gunners made three bids to Celtic for the highly-rated youngster, however, a deal couldn’t be agreed, with Arsenal unwilling to match the Hoops’ demands.
Celtic reportedly wanted the majority of a fee upfront, while the Gunners were holding out to pay in instalments.
The 22-year-old, who is valued at £25 million, now looks set to remain at Celtic Park, with Serie A side Napoli also withdrawing their interest in the defender.
Unai Emery is hoping to bring in three or four big summer signings, with deals for William Saliba and Dani Ceballos thought to be close.
However, the Spaniard looks set to delve back into the market for a new left-back, with the transfer window set to shut on August 8.
So following the latest news, we’ve decided to take a look at 10 left-backs who could be on Emery’s radar over the coming weeks.
