Kieran Tierney has reportedly agreed personal terms with Arsenal ahead of a proposed summer switch – but is it a good move by the Gunners?
According to Football Insider, the Scot has agreed to a five-year deal with Arsenal, which would see him triple his current £25,000-a-week wage.
The two sides are still in discussions over a transfer fee for the left-back, with Arsenal confident they can strike a deal before the window shuts.

Gunners boss Unai Emery has recently revealed that he is hoping to make ‘three or four big signings’, with defender William Saliba, midfielder Dani Ceballos and forward Everton all heavily tipped with a move to the Emirates.
Tierney would certainly be an excellent signing by the Spaniard, with Nacho Monreal and Saed Kolasinac both struggling in recent months.
The pair failed to impress in the recent pre-season win over Bayern Munich, so the Scottish star would seemingly walk into Emery’s starting line-up.
The Scot has been one of Celtic’s stars in their historic ‘treble treble’ winning campaign in recent years, and still only 22, Tierney would certainly be a shrewd addition at the Emirates, especially if the club can agree a £25 million deal with the Hoops.
