Arsenal and Tottenham are both hoping to land Real Madrid star Dani Ceballos on loan this summer – but why should the Spaniard choose the Gunners?
According to Spanish outlet Sport, cited by Sports Witness, Ceballos is continuing to debate offers from both sides, while AS, again cited by Sports Witness, claim that Spurs are leading the race for the playmaker.
The report suggests that Ceballos is hoping to impress out on loan in the Premier League with either London side next season in an attempt to force his way back into the Madrid first-team in years to come.
The 22-year-old would be an excellent addition by either side, however, the Spaniard would more than likely be guaranteed more game time at the Emirates.
Unai Emery has been calling out for a player like Ceballos, with the Gunners boss clearly not a huge fan of German playmaker Mesut Ozil.
Spurs will be able to offer Ceballos Champions League football, however, the midfielder would more than likely be a key member of the Arsenal side, whereas he may find himself in and out of the Tottenham side if he chooses to link up with Mauricio Pochettino.
