Lucas Vazquez would be an exciting addition to Arsenal’s attacking unit, should he decide to join the Gunners.
According to ABC, the winger will make a decision regarding his future by Tuesday.
Vazquez is looking to leave Real Madrid this summer, in order to gain regular first team football elsewhere.
Unai Emery is believed to be a big admirer of he 28-year-old, as he looks to add a wide man to his squad.
Arsenal have been linked with a host of names, including Wilfried Zaha and Ryan Fraser, but Vazquez would arguably be the ideal signing.
A natural winger who offers the pace and directness that the likes of Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan do not, the Spaniard would give the Gunners an extra dimension in the final third.
Not only that, but Vazquez’s experience and winning mentality would also be beneficial, with 183 appearances to his name for Real Madrid and three Champions League titles.
While age may not necessarily be on his side, he could be a key signing for several years.
