# Predicted Arsenal XI: Newcastle (H)

Arsenal resume their Premier League campaign, with a potentially tricky game against Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium this Monday night.

With Manchester United winning yesterday, the Gunners have to win tomorrow in order to retain the fourth spot in the table.

On Monday, they will be up against a Newcastle team who have been in decent form since the turn of the year.

The Magpies have become more of a sturdier unit, and with the likes of Miguel Almiron, Ayoze Perez and Salomon Rondon firing up top, they have enough threat to trouble the opposition defenders on the counter.

Hence, we expect a tough game for Arsenal, even though they are at home, where their record has been phenomenal this season.

In terms of injury updates, Aaron Ramsey could be ready for this game, while Granit Xhaka and Nacho Monreal are a doubt. Lucas Torreira is obviously serving the suspension, with this being the second of the three game-ban.
