It has been a season of transition at The Emirates under Unai Emery’s stewardship since his arrival at the club last summer.
The Spaniard took over from Arsene Wenger, who left the club after 22 years of service in the dugout.
Despite the big turnover behind the scenes, Emery has Arsenal in the top four with eight games to go in the Premier League and still competing in the Europa League.
Emery will be looking to further shape the squad in the summer, which means that some players will need to move on.
Here are five players who could leave Arsenal in the summer transfer window…
Nacho Monreal
Monreal has been linked with a move back to Spain and Arsenal could look to replace him with a younger, more energetic, fullback.
Danny Welbeck
If Welbeck can get himself fit and ready to go in the summer he could be a terrific signing for a Premier League club.
Mesut Ozil
Could it finally be time for the German to part ways with Arsenal and move on in the summer?
Mo Elneny
Elneny has fallen out of favour at Arsenal this season and may look to move on in search of regular game time, whether that be in England or abroad.
Shkodran Mustafi
Arsenal are sure to bring in new defenders in the summer and that could pave the way for Mustafi to leave the club. The German central defender has been far from impressive this season.
