Arsenal transfer target Denis Suarez has been dropped from Barcelona’s squad to face Sevilla this week.
Barcelona face Sevilla on Wednesday in the Copa Del Rey and Suarez was initially included in the squad, but has now been replaced by Kevin-Prince Boateng.

Boateng joined Barcelona earlier this week and has now taken Suarez’s spot in the matchday squad to face Sevilla.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with the Spaniard this month, as reported by The Mirror, and are though to be eyeing up a loan swoop for the midfielder.
Suarez has fallen out of favour at the Camp Nou this season, with this latest setback possibly the final nail in the coffin before a move to the Premier League with Arsenal.
The 25-year-old has played in English football before, with a League Cup and FA Cup appearance for Manchester City earlier in his career.
