# Ramsey poised for Juventus medical

Aaron Ramsey is poised to undergo a medical with Juventus on Sunday ahead of his move to Italy.

[According to the Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/aaron-ramsey-to-undergo-secret-13849922), Juventus officials are coming to England to run Ramsey through his medical, as they look to tie up the deal.

The report does not claim, however, whether the deal will become official this month or when his contract expires in the summer.

Ramsey is thought to have agreed a deal to sign for Juventus at the end of the season, but the Italian giants are also looking to bring him in earlier – this month – to bolster their squad.

Arsenal made it clear earlier this season that they would not be giving Ramsey a new contract, with his current one expiring at the end of the campaign.

The Welshman has made over 350 appearances for Arsenal since joining from Cardiff in 2008 – winning the FA Cup twice in that time.
