Arsenal and Manchester United are both said to be battling for the signature of Brazilian goalkeeper Gabriel Brazao.
According to TEAMtalk, the Premier League duo are both interested in bringing the youngster to England.
The Cruzeiro shot-stopper is being linked with moves to England after impressing in his native Brazil.
Inter and Roma are among those already being linked with moves to sign the 18-year-old.
Arsenal appear keen to reinforce the goalkeeper position, despite the summer signing of Bernd Leno.
Keylor Navas has been among the more high-profile players linked with a move to the Emirates, with Unai Emery clearly not happy with his options in between the sticks.
Petr Cech is being tipped to either leave the club or hang up his gloves at the end of the season, meaning the Gunners will need to replace the ex-Chelsea man. Brazao could well be Cech’s long-term replacement.
