[GFFN](https://twitter.com/GFFN/status/1081325323478880256) are also claiming that the player, who is surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp, has been offered to Paris Saint-Germain, another club said to be in for the 24-year old midfielder.**\**

Suarez has struggled for game time at Barcelona this season and a move to the Emirates could see him recieve significantly more game time.\
