Unai Emery has confirmed that young defender Dinos Mavropanos has returned to Arsenal training after a five-month lay-off.
The 21-year old centre-back emerged onto the first-team scene last season, having joined from PAS Giannina last January.
The Greece youth international only made three appearances, in which he impressed, before a groin injury prevented him from making a better start to the current season.

However Emery has revealed that Mavropanos is now making good progress and will return to the first-team set-up soon.
Speaking ahead Arsenal’s FA Cup tie with Blackpool this weekend, Emery said:
This morning Dinos Mavropanos started to train after I think five months. That’s good news.
