Arsenal made a £55m bid for AS Roma star Cengiz Under, according to reports from Turkey.
However, the Serie A giants have reportedly rejected the offer for the Turkish international.
The 21-year-old has been linked with moves to Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Manchester City in recent weeks but Roma are in no rush to sell him and are likely to wait until the summer before they do decide to let him leave.

As Unai Emery prepares for his second transfer window as Arsenal manager, it appears that he would like to bring in at least one more attacking player, as well as a defender, and Under is seemingly one of his targets.
The young winger has six goals and eight assists for Roma in all competitions so far this season, so Eusebio Di Francesco will be in no rush to let him leave as he looks to secure another top four finish for Roma.
