Arsenal could miss out on a deal for Julian Weigl, with the midfielder linked with a move to Paris Saint Germain.
According to La Parisien, via Sports Witness, Weigl could be on his way to the French capital initially on loan, before a permanent deal in the Summer.
Weigl would join the French champions for a fee of over €20 million according to the reports, meaning he would reject a switch to Arsenal.
The 23-year-old has failed to force his way into Lucien Favre’s plans at Dortmund, and could be on the way out.

Weigl has found first-team action limited at Dortmund this season, despite making numerous appearances before this season.
Arsenal had been one of the side’s interested in Weigl, and would have to beat PSG’s offer to have any chance of securing a deal for the midfielder.
The midfielder has struggled with injuries as of late, and missed the World Cup due to the knock.
