Arsenal prospect Bukayo Saka claims making his full debut for the club on Thursday was a ‘dream come true’.
The 17-year old midfielder lined up against FK Qarabag in the Gunners’ dead rubber final Europa League group stage game, playing the full 90 minutes.
Having made his debut for the club off the bench against Vorskla Poltava last month, Saka has described his latest achievement as a dream he has had since he was eight years old.

Saka impressed at the Emirates, while Alexandre Lacazette took the headlines for scoring the club’s only goal in a 1-0 victory.
Talking about making his full debut after the game, as quoted by London Football News, the England youth international said:
It is a dream come true.
Ever since I joined the club at the age of eight I always dreamed of playing at the Emirates so for all the coaches and the fans to support me tonight was really good.
I didn’t start too fast but I grew into the game and that’s what I wanted to do. I started to get past my man and create chances and I could have scored at the end, I don’t know what happened.
