Arsenal had scouts keeping a close eye on key target Cengiz Under during Roma’s Champions League clash this week.
According to reports, as cited on football.london, Gunners officials were present to take in Roma’s meeting with Viktoria Plzen on Wednesday night.
The Turkish star has been heavily linked with a move to join Arsenal and the club clearly want to keep track of his performances ahead of the January window.
