Arsenal’s interest in Lille star Nicolas Pepe has been well documented, but the Gunners could face competition for his signature from Manchester City.
According to reports, City have been keeping a close eye on the 23-year-old and despite Pep Guardiola’s recent comments about not adding to his squad in January, there is a chance that he could change his mind if he feels he needs to add even more quality to his squad.

Pepe has scored 24 goals in 53 appearances for Lille since arriving at the club in 2017 and his performances have seemingly attracted interest from around Europe.
As well as Arsenal and City, both Bayern Munich and Barcelona have been tracking the Ivorian too, so there could be a potential bidding war for his services in the near future.
Pepe has ten goals and seven assists in 17 games this season and will be looking to add to both totals when he faces Nimes on Sunday afternoon.
