Roma are refusing to sell Turkish star Cengiz Under in January, amid interest from Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Calciomercato report that the Giallorossi will not let the player leave during the upcoming transfer window, as he remains key to their plans this season.
Under has been heavily linked with a Premier League move in recent weeks, with reports claiming that Arsenal have made him their number one transfer target.
There had been some murmurs of a January bid from Arsenal emerging over the weekend, but that no longer appears to be the case.

It was always believed that a January move was unlikely and it now looks like any potential suitors will be forced into holding off until the summer before pursuing a deal.
Director of football Monchi is refusing to entertain any ideas of the player leaving during the January window, with his contract running until 2022.
