PSG join the race for Arsenal target Bailly
Arsenal face competition from Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham Hotspur in their pursuit of Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, according to the Daily Mail.
The Ivorian centre-back has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in recent times, as his future at Old Trafford continues to come under scrutiny.
Bailly has fallen down the pecking order of central defenders under United boss Jose Mourinho. The Red Devils manager has often selected Victor Lindelof and Chris Smalling ahead of the former Villarreal star.
This has prompted speculation linking Bailly with a January move away from Manchester, with Arsenal touted as a potential destination for the player.
The Gunners have been in scintillating form going forward this season but have struggled to keep the goals out at the other end, with reports claiming that Unai Emery will target a new centre-back in January.
However, although Arsenal and Tottenham are keen to hand Bailly a Premier League lifeline, it seems they will face opposition from PSG ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
