Aubameyang has beaten the likes of Shane Duffy and Anthony Martial to win the award, following his impressive performances for Arsenal last month.
The forward played three Premier League matches in October, scoring five goals. Two apiece against Fulham and Leicester and once against Crystal Palace – despite only starting one game.
Aubameyang now has seven goals in nine Premier League starts this season and is joint-top of the scoring charts alongside Sergio Aguero and Eden Hazard of Manchester City and Chelsea respectively.
This is the striker’s first Premier League Player of the Month award since his move to Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January of this year.
