Garth Crooks has named Arsenal defender Rob Holding in his Team of the Week.
The BBC Sport pundit picked the 23-year-old after his impressive performance against Liverpool, where he proved instrumental in keeping the Reds at bay as the Gunners secured a 1-1 draw.
Holding was making his sixth Premier League appearance of the season, and his fifth start on Saturday evening.
The former Bolton man was undaunted by the challenge posed by Liverpool’s prestigious front three at the Emirates, and played his way into Garth’s team.

Crooks said:
In a team very different from the one Arsene Wenger tried to create prior to leaving Arsenal, there is a particular player who has surprised me a great deal.
I’ve seen Rob Holding play for Arsenal but never better than when I saw him against Liverpool.
In a white-hot atmosphere, the defender was cool on the ball and played with a confidence and assurance I hadn’t seen before.
I said Unai Emery would get it together at Arsenal, I just didn’t think it would be so soon. Damn!
Holding may well have earned himself a permanent spot in the Arsenal back four after his Liverpool exploits, with the more experienced Shkodran Mustafi and Sokratis competing for the other vacancy.
