Tottenham may have stolen the march on Arsenal and Bayern Munich in the race to sign Cengiz Under from Roma.
According to reports in Italy from Calciomercato, who cite claims made by Rai Sport, Spurs could seal a deal to sign the Turkish star for €60 million ‘soon’.
They claim that Spurs have made a bid to sign the player from Roma and appear to be confident in their chances.
Arsenal have previously had a bid turned down for the player and were told to pay somewhere in the region of €50 million in order to seal a deal.

Bayern Munich have also been heavily linked with the Roma starlet in recent months, with the Bavarian outfit identifying the player as a long-term replacement for Arjen Robben.
Tottenham have been long-term admirers of the player since his time with Istanbul Basaksehir and now appear to be at the front of the queue to sign him from Roma.
