German giants Bayern Munich have joined the race to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey at the end of the season.
According to The Mirror, Bayern are set to make a move for Ramsey at the end of the current campaign, when he will be available on a free transfer.
Ramsey’s contract at Arsenal expires next summer and the club have informed him that he will not be offered a new deal as they look to trim their wage bill.
The report claims that Bayern are ready to offer Ramsey a deal as they look to bolster their midfield options.
Ramsey has been with Arsenal over 10 years and amassed over 300 appearances for the club in that time – winning three major trophies, three FA Cups.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Milan and Juventus have been all been linked with Ramsey in recent months.
