Arsenal have reportedly shortlisted three midfielders as potential replacements for Welsh midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
According to a report from the Express, as cited on the Mirror, the Gunners are keen to sign Nicolo Barella, Miguel Almiron or Hector Herrera.
All three players have been heavily linked to the Premier Leagues in the past, with Almiron among the most recent to emerge as a target.

The Gunners appeared to have a deal wrapped up for Almiron, but reports have since suggested there is more Premier League interest than what was first revealed.
Herrera has been a long-term target for the Gunners and the Mexican is coming to the end of his contract with Porto, which could make him a bargain signing for the club.
On the other hand, Barella is likely to be the most expensive as he continues to impress in Italy this season.

Tottenham, Liverpool and some of Italy’s biggest clubs have all been credited with an interest in the player.
