Arsenal legend Ian Wright has slammed defender Shkodran Mustafi for his performance in the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday.
As reported on HITC, the Match of the Day pundit clearly wasn’t impressed with the defending of German at Selhurst Park, especially for the Eagles’ first goal.

The centre-back made a rash challenge on Cheikhou Kouyate inside the box to concede a penalty and Wright simply can’t understand why he made the challenge.
Speaking on Match of the Day 2 yesterday, Wright said:
I find it incredible that a player of his experience would do something like that. You just think, ‘come on’.
Luka Milivojevic went on to score the spot kick to hand Palace the lead before Arsenal scored a quick double through Grant Xhaka and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
However, the Gunners conceded another penalty, with Milivojevic converting for the second time.
Mustafi is known to make rash challenges and he was at it again as Arsenal dropped points in the league for the first time since losing to Chelsea in the second match of the league season.
