Arsenal will not stand in Barcelona-linked Laurent Koscielny’s way if he chooses to leave the club in January, according to a report from TeamTalk.
The 33-year-old has been on the sidelines since he suffered a major Achilles injury in the Europa League semi-final last season and although he’s back in training, he’s yet to feature under Unai Emery.
The Frenchman was made Arsenal’s club captain following the retirement of Per Mertesacker, but he could soon be on his way out of the Emirates exit door.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Shkodran Mustafi and Rob Holding now look to be ahead of Koscielny in the pecking order for the Gunners and as such, they won’t stand in his way if he does decide to move.
Barcelona are reportedly interested in the French international on a short-term deal as they are light of numbers at the back and if they do decide to make a move for Koscielny, Arsenal will be happy to let him go.
