Arsenal have been handed a transfer boost as Barcelona have reportedly told winger Ousmane Dembele, a target for the Gunners in the recent past, that he can leave the Catalan giants in January.
According to reports, some of Barcelona’s most high profile stars are unhappy with Dembele’s attitude as he is often late to meetings and training and they want manager Ernesto Valverde to ship him out.
RAC1 say that the players will get their wish and Dembele will be allowed to move on in January if a club makes a suitable offer.

However, Barca paid a substantial fee, around €105m + €40m in add-ons, for the French international and they’ll want to recoup most, if not all, of that back, which might be too big a price for the Gunners to splash out on another attacking option.
Reports coming out of Arsenal earlier suggested that the Gunners will not be splashing the cash in January so the chances of smashing their club record fee seem slim at best.
