# Barca chief predicts that Malcom ‘will be sold’

Malcom is being tipped to leave Barcelona by the club’s chief executive Oscar Grau, according to reports in Spain.

[As per a claim from Sport, as cited on Sport Witness](https://sportwitness.co.uk/barcelona-chief-predicts-player-will-sold-future-camp-nou-unknown/), Grau believes that the player ‘will be sold’, amid interest from Tottenham and Arsenal.

The Brazilian has been heavily linked with moves to England after failing to settle at the Nou Camp.

Malcom only joined the club in the summer from Bordeaux but is not in Ernesto Valverde’s plans and was not a player he had anticipated signing for the La Liga giants.

The winger has failed to break into the team this season and despite a recent injury to Lionel Messi, game time is likely to be limited going forward.

Both Arsenal and Spurs have been linked with January deals, with a potential loan move being reported at this stage.

Serie A side Inter have also been touted as a potential destination for the winger.
