Juventus are set to offer Aaron Ramsey a pre-contract deal in the coming weeks.
According to The Daily Mail, the Italian giants are prepared to make a serious offer to land the Welsh international.
Ramsey’s contract with Arsenal expires at the end of the season and the club are not prepared to offer him a new deal.
Liverpool and United are now looking to take advantage of this by making a cut-price move for the Welsh international – offering Arsenal a transfer fee instead of them letting him leave on a free.
Manchester United made a similar move for Alexis Sanchez last season, offering Henrikh Mkhitaryan in exchange for the Chile international, who was set to leave on a free at the end of the campaign.
However, Juventus are looking to better that and seal a deal in January which will see him join the Italian side on a free in the summer.
Ramsey scored in Arsenal’s 5-1 win over Fulham at the weekend and has made over 300 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions.
