Leicester City will reportedly provide late competition to Arsenal in the hunt to sign Miguel Almiron from Atlanta United.
Reports in Italy claim that the Foxes are interested in the player, despite previous reports suggesting that the player on his way to Arsenal in a £15 million deal.
The player was expected to join Arsenal in the January window after impressing the MLS but is now appears that Leicester are also in the running.
The Foxes themselves will be keen to strengthen to build on their start in the Premier League.

Almiron has impressed for Atlanta and has played a key role in their rise in the MLS.
The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals and registered an impressive 11 assists for Atlanta this season.
Capable of playing on the left or through the middle, Almiron has an eye for a pass and knows where the back of the net is too.
