# Bayern linked with €60m offer for Arsenal target Cengiz Under

Long-term Arsenal target Cengiz Under could be heading to Bayern Munich, with reports claiming the Bundesliga champions are set to launch a €60 million move for the player.

According to [reports in Italy](https://www.calciomercato.com/news/roma-c-e-una-big-tedesca-sulle-tracce-di-under-94215), Bayern are considering a big-money bid with a view to him replacing the ageing Arjen Robben.

The Dutch winger will turn 35 in the new year and is expected to leave the Bundesliga champions in the summer.

Under has attracted a wealth of interest while at Roma, with Manchester City and Arsenal among the [teams to be linked with a move](https://readarsenal.com/2018/06/13/arsenal-city-and-barcelona-tracking-serie-a-winger/) for the player.

Borussia Dortmund are also said to be interested in the player but are unlikely to match the fees being reported from other potential suitors.

Bayern will be hoping the positive relationship between the two clubs can help them secure a deal. They have previously signed Medhi Benatia from Roma.

Under joined Roma from Basaksehir back in 2017 and has impressed in both Serie A and the Champions League since arriving at the club.
